In Lingolandia, you draw a random letter from the bag and roll the dice to determine what kind of round this will be. There are two different types - player's own round or crazy joined round where all players play together.
Then players need to find words on displayed cards where you can use your imagination as well as observation.
Rules make sure that players are always involved even in the own turn of another player.
Each card provides various interpretation while they have also enough visual objects to allow just enough options also for players which focus more on searching and observing the illustrations.
Players take turns where each player take one random letter from the bag and then roll the die. Dice will determine if they are going to play individual round or joined round where all palyers guess the words simultaneously.
So base on the die roll if there is a number (2-5) this will be the number of words that player has to find on the face up cards around the board (16 cards with various ilustrations). Words has to start with the selected letter and they can be present on the cards but players can also use their imagination.
If the die roll shows a balloon (Lingolandia logo) then all players are guessing the words at the same time - very interactive round.
Correctly guessed words are turned into points which are counted on the board (road to the finish line) and first player that gather enough points to cross the finish line is the winner.
